This business is the controller of any personal data described below.
tl;dr
- No cookies, no analytics, no tracking, no ads.
- The only personal data I get is what you send me by email.
If you email me, I get your email address, your name if you include it, and whatever you write. I use it only to reply and, if we end up working together, to prepare and carry out the contract.
Legal basis: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and performing it (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)), and my legitimate interest in answering messages (art. 6(1)(f)). I keep correspondence for as long as it's needed for that, and longer only where the law requires it (for example, tax records for a contract).
hosting
The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. Like any web server, Vercel processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the pages and protect the site from attacks. Vercel acts as a processor; transfers to the US rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses. Email sent to [email protected] is forwarded through Cloudflare Email Routing to my mailbox.
your browser's storage
If you change the colour theme with theme, your choice is saved in your browser's local storage. The site also remembers, for the current browser session only, that you've already seen the intro animation and the commands you typed (so the up arrow can recall them). None of this is ever sent anywhere; the session data is deleted when you close the tab, and you can clear all of it in your browser settings.
your rights
You can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, a copy in a portable format, or object to processing. Just email [email protected].
